Just so my position is vehimently clear, this IS about a product. A product that costs money to make and buy. If we/I/you have a product that is better, with the advent of the internet, it is almost mandated that we prove just that. And at the end of the day if it's bearable by the consumer it'll sell. I/we will help as much as we can without having to eat rice. I try to do that on a daily basis and I honestly think that the bulk of consumers here appreciate that. I do not think that anyone here is asking for free performance products that are tried and true nor do I think that anyone here is going to give them away.
Devon has given basic information on how to tune the ECU, where to buy tuning tools, and a base map to get started with. Devon is not selling anything and is no claiming to have a better program. in fact he is asking that the information be shared. Do you really think that once Ash brought out the Zemulator that the program won't have been copied and put up on Kazaa or the like for everyone to have for free?? That is how it works with anything. Hell we don't sell our Tension rods anymore because so many people knocked them off and now they are cheaper through bigger companies like Tein. That is how things work.
